Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return in exchange for a store credit. Just make sure your return adheres with our Return Terms and Conditions, or your order will need to be sent back to you at your own expense.
Our Return Policy:
- Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, must not be removed from their binding and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable Items: Some items such as final sale products, gift cards, and personalized/custom items cannot be returned.

South Australia 5155(we reiterate that they must not be removed from their binding and still be in their original packaging or they will need to be sent back to you at your own expense)
- Once we receive the returned items, we will email you within 5 working days with your store credit.
